Return and exchange

Return:

Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of receipt. The returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refund: After receiving the returned item and confirming its status, we will process the refund through the original payment method. It may take up to 30 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Return shipping fee: Unless the return is due to the receipt of defective or incorrect merchandise, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Replacement:

Eligibility: You may exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date of receipt. For an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Replacement process: If you need a replacement, please contact our customer service team at [zhongxinzx2@outlook.com] and provide your order number and details of the item you wish to replace. We will provide you with instructions on the replacement process.

Replacement shipping fee: ALICE ZX will bear the shipping fee for replacing the product. However, unless the replacement is due to a defect or error in the received product, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for returning the original product.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:

The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangable:

Customized or personalized products;
Earrings (for hygiene reasons);
Clearance or final discount items;

Damaged or defective goods:

If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately at [zhongxinzx2@outlook.com]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the specific situation and bear the relevant shipping costs.

📌 Refund Processing Time (TAT)

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. Depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take up to 30 business days for the funds to be credited.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders, provided that the order has not been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and provide us with your order number.
Once it has been more than 24 hours or the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
